Full training is provided to all new teachers at Joy; although
previous teaching experience can be advantageous, it is not
a requirement. The main qualifications for working at Joy are
a love of children and a desire to see them grow and learn.
Teachers should be patient and willing to develop their teaching
skills according to the requirements of the students they teach.
The ability to work in a cross-cultural environment is also
an important asset to teacher candidates seeking positions with
