To be a successful teacher you must be consistent,
and to be consistent you must be responsible.
One of the tools that each teacher has since signing a work contract is
responsibility. Over time, with some people, this tool may have become worn
out and replaced with another, but remember, responsibility got you started
and it will get you through till the end. |
|
Being responsible for a class of students and the workload
it entails takes a big effort. Multiply this by the number of classes
you teach in a week and it may appear you are overloaded. This does happen
to some people. But if you speak with an experienced teacher, they will
tell you that the more effort you put into each class; lesson planning,
preparation, thought and time, the better your class will be and the rapport
you have with your students.
In some cases the responsibility to your job diminishes over time but
when it comes to teaching and the concerns of a class, you need to be
consistent to be successful.
Responsibility, don’t end your work contract without it.
